Villa Mark is a boutique hotel located in one of the most picturesque parts of the Western Stara Planina at 740 meters above sea level, always above the mists of the Botevgrad Basin – the village of Kraevo. The village is located on mountainous terrain with a northern slope, offering beautiful views and many opportunities for recreation and entertainment. Just minutes from the Hemus highway (20 km) and 70 km. from the capital Sofia, “Villa Mark” is the shortest way to your dream vacation.
Each room in the complex is different in its interior. The rooms – designed in a unique style of wood, stone and wrought iron and decorated in different colours, will exceed the expectations of even the most demanding guests. All rooms and apartments have wireless internet access, digital TV via LCD TV, individual air conditioning. “Villa Mark” has a tavern with forty seats, equipped with a fireplace, karaoke and a large LCD TV and offers great conditions for group organized visits (team building) and more. The tavern has a summer garden where you can enjoy delicious meals and fine drinks in the fresh mountain air.

The complex also provides services that will make happy both thrill-seekers and people who come just to relax from everyday life. Hunting and horseback riding among the mountain meadows and forest paths for some or blissful rest by the crystal blue waters of our large outdoor pool for others. The complex offers a mini-pool for its young guests, which with its interesting design can tempt their parents. For your convenience, there is a summer bar located next to the pools. Sauna, mountain picnic or barbecue – these are just some of the possible attractions.
